Is it any wonder that we are anxious, stressed, overwhelmed even on our good days? And for some it’s these feelings coupled with the emotions of loneliness and isolation that can lead to suicidal thoughts and actions.
Kindness is the one ingredient that we simply have to have at our disposal to combat all these negative emotions. But not the random acts of kindness we generally do, they do not have the power to engage and transform lives on the scale and magnitude needed.
Planned Acts of Kindness is the Key
Just like a vaccine is only effective when the proper procedures are followed to ensure its success. The key to Kindness is the system used to administer, record, acknowledge and reward the people that exhibit the behaviors.
Planned Acts of Kindness is the manufacturer. The Karma Club is the delivery system. The Karma Club activities we do during the month are our body’s immune system ramping up and fighting the infections that plague us.
The connections we form, the relationships we strengthen and the communities we improve are the antibodies that give us the immunities against anxiety, stress, loneliness, isolation and more.
The outcome is greater wellness, enjoyment, satisfaction and happiness.
